Recipe - Coconut And Peanut Butter Sauce

Three fourths cup Unsweetened coconut milk
One fourth cup Peanut butter
1 md Green chili pepper; seeded,
finely chopped
1 tablespoon Cilantro; snipped
One half teaspoon Lemon peel; shredded
One half teaspoon Fish sauce or One half teaspoon
soy sauce
Milk
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium
heat till bubbly. Reduce hat; simmer, uncovered, 510 minutes. If sauce is
too thick, stir in a little milk. Serve warm with Indonesian BeefCoconut
Balls.
