3 cup RAISINS #10
2 One fourth cup CAKE MIX YELLOW #10
2 One half pound FLOUR GEN PURPOSE 10LB
1 pound NUTS MIX SHELL #10
3 cup COCONUT SWEETNED PRE
1 pound SUGAR; GRANULATED 10 LB
1 pound SHORTENING; 3LB
2 tablespoon BAKING POWDER
2 tablespoon BAKING SODA
PAN: 18 BY 26INCH SHEET PAN TEMPERATURE: 375 F. OVEN
1. PLACE INGREDIENTS IN MIXER BOWL IN ORDER LISTED. MIX AT LOW SPEED
2 MINUTES OR UNTIL THOROUGHLY BLENDED.
2. DROP ABOUT 1 OZ OF DOUGH PER COOKIE IN ROWS, 4 BY 6, ON GREASED PANS.
3. BAKE 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
