Recipe - Coconut Piecrust

Ingredients:
Coconut Piecrust recipe makes 4 Servings
2 tablespoon Confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
2 cup Coconut; grated
3 tablespoon Butter; melted
Mix sugar and flour. Add coconut and mix. Blend in the melted butter. Pat
into a 89" pie pan. Bake in a 350 def F. oven for 810 minutes. Chill
before filling.
