Recipe - Coconut Fingers

Ingredients:
Coconut Fingers recipe makes 60 Servings
White bread; cut or sliced up
1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
1 One half cup Coconut; shredded
Cut each slice of bread in 4 strips. Dip each strip in condensed milk and
then in coconut, covering all four sides. Place on greased cookie sheet and
bake at 325 degrees until delicately browned. Remove from pan at once They
become crisp when cool. Ground nuts can be used in place or with coconut.
