Ingredients:
Coconut Crispettes recipe makes 6 Servings
3 Egg whites
2 cup Corn flakes
One half cup Shredded Coconut
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Sugar
Beat egg white stiff and add other ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a
greased tin. Bake in a moderately hot oven. Time in oven, 15 minutes.
Temperature, 375 degrees.
