Recipe - Coconut Circles

Three fourths cup Butter
One half cup Sugar
1 Egg yolk
2 cup Cake flour
One half teaspoon Vanilla
1 One half cup Coconut

FROSTING
One fourth cup Butter
One half teaspoon Grated lemon rind
1 Three fourths cup Powdered sugar
4 teaspoon Fresh lemon jice
Three fourths teaspoon Vanilla
1 ds Salt

Mix & chill, roll out & cut into a simple shape, bake 375F for 6 minutes
until slightly brown on an ungreased cookie sheet. Frost when cool.
