Recipe - Coconut-Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:
Coconut-Cream Cheese Frosting recipe makes 1 Servings
4 tablespoon Butter
2 cup Coconut
8 ounce Cream cheese
2 teaspoon Milk
3 One half cup Confectioners sugar
One half teaspoon Vanilla
Melt 2 tbs. butter in skillet, add coconut; stir constantly over low heat
until golden brown. Spread coconut on absorbant paper to cool. Cream 2 tbs.
butter with cream cheese, add milk; beat in sugar gradually. Blend in
vanilla; stir in 1 Three fourths cups of the coconut. Spread on tops of cake layers.
Stack and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
