Cocomalt Macaroons recipe makes 30 Servings
1 One fourth cup Coconut
1/3 cup Sweetened condensed milk
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Vanilla
1 Egg white
3 tablespoon Cocomalt
Combine coconut, milk, salt, flavoring, and cocomalt. Fold in stiffly
beaten egg white. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto welloiled baking sheet. Bake
