Recipe - Cocoa Butter Frosting

1/3 cup Butter
1/3 cup Baking cocoa
1 One half teaspoon Vanilla
2 cup Confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoon Milk

Directions : in a medium sauce pan, melt butter over low heat or melt
butter in a one quart container in a microwave. remove melted butter from
heat. add cocoa, and stir until well blended. add vanilla, beat in
confectioner sugar and milk until smooth and of spreading consistency. add
additional milk if needed.
