Ingredients:

One fourth cup I Can't Believe It's Not
Butter!
1/3 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
One fourth cup Light corn syrup
1/3 cup Allpurpose flour
1 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder
One half cup Finely chopped pecans
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350x F. Spray baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray;
set aside. In medium saucepan melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!, stir
in brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until
sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients until
well blended. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls 3" apart on prepared baking
sheets. Bake 9 minutes or until cookies spread thin and are deep brown
(cookies will still be soft). Cool 2 minutes on sheets. Working quickly
with spatula, remove cookies to wire rack; cook completely. Sprinkle, if
desired, with confectioners' sugar. Makes about 2 One half dozen cookies.
