Recipe - Cocktail Teriyaki

3 One half pound Lean beef; rump, sirloin or
round steak
1 cup Soy sauce
3 Cloves garlic; finely minced
2 tablespoon Fresh grated ginger
1 teaspoon Accent
Cut beef into 1/2inch cubes. Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic & Accent.
Let mixture blend for 1 hour. Add to beef & marinate overnight in
refrigerator in a plastic bag or shallow covered plastic or glass
container, stirring occasionally. Skewer meat cubes on small bamboo sticks,
about 45 per stick. Makes about 70 cocktail kabobs. Arrange acctactively
on foilcovered tray & let guests broil individually on habachi or grill.
May also be broiled in advance.
