Recipe - Cocktail Shrimp Balls

1 pound Cooked shelled medium shrimp
One half cup Chili sauce
1 Hardboiled egg
4 tablespoon Nonfat cream cheese
One fourth cup Minced celery
1 One half tablespoon Minced onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Fresh ground pepper and
salt; to taste
4 tablespoon Minced fresh parsley
Process all ingredients except the parsley in a food processor until they
are finely chopped, but not like a paste. The mixture should still be
somewhat chunky. Form the mixture into balls and roll in parsley. Place on
a nonstick cookie sheet covered with wax paper and refrigerate overnight
before serving.
