Recipe - Cocktail Chiffon Pie

1 pack (8 oz) fatfree cream cheese
1 Jello; (4 serv size)
sugarfree instant vanilla
pudding mix
2/3 cup Nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup Water
1 cup Kool Whip Litedivided
1 cn (16 oz) fruit cocktail;
packed in its own juice,
drained
1 Keebler; (6 oz)
grahamcracker crust
In a lg mixing bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Add pudding
mix, dry milk, and water. Mix well using a wire whisk. Fold in 1/2c Kool
Whip. Add fruit cocktail. Mix gently to combine. Pour mixture into
piecrust. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with the remaining Kool Whip.
Serves 8
I have varied the flavors of pudding, fruit, crust; i've added coconut;
sprinkled GrapeNuts on top or cinnamon; extracts...be creative!!!
