Recipe - Coca-Cola Cake

1 cup Unsalted butter
2 cup Flour
One half cup Miniature marshmallows
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One fourth cup Unsweetened cocoa
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup CocaCola
One half cup Buttermilk

Combine butter & marshmallows in a med suacepan over low heat. Cook until
marshmallows melt, about 7 mins. Stir in cocoa and Cocacola.
Remove from heat. Sift together sugar, flour and baking soda in a large
bowl. Beat in chocolatecola mixture on low speed. Add eggs & buttermilk.
Beat til smooth, about 2 mins. Pour into buttered & floured cake pans and
bake at 350 for about 40 mins.
