Recipe - Clean-Out-The-Fridge Pilaf

2 cup Brown basmati rice
4 cup Water
1/3 pound Mushrooms, chopped
One half A green pepper, minced
One half A red pepper, minced
1 Onion, chopped
2 Plum tomatos, chopped
salt to taste
Throw everything in a pot, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 45 minutes
until the rice is cooked.
