Ingredients:
Classic German Burgers recipe makes 4 Servings
BURGERS
2 pound Lean ground beef
1 md Onion, minced
3 tablespoon Minced fresh parsley
2 Eggs, beaten
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
2 tablespoon Flour
Butter for frying
2 lg Onions, thinly cut or sliced up in
Rings
Combine burger ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Fry in melted butter
until desired doneness. Remove and keep warm. Fry onions in pan drippings
until golden.
