Recipe - Citrus Sauce For Citrus Sections

2 tablespoon Cornstarch dissolved in 1/4
cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon Grated orange rind
1 1/3 cup Orange juice
One half cup Sugar
One fourth cup Orange liqueur
Grapefruit and orange
sections
Combine the dissolved cornstarch, orange rind, juice, and sugar in a
saucepan and simmer for 3 to
5 minutes or until thickened and clear. Remove from the heat and stir in
orange liqueur to taste.
Pour over chilled citrus sections.
Yield: about 2 One half cups sauce
