Recipe - Citrus Salsa

3 Orangescut the pith and
peel off and; remove the
frui
3 Lemonscut the pith and peel
off and; remove the fruit
2 Grapefruitscut the pith and
peel off and; remove the
1 tablespoon Chopped serrano peppers
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoon Chopped shallots
2 tablespoon Olive oil
Salt and black pepper
In a bowl, combine orange, lemon, and grapefruit sections with peppers,
mint, shallots, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix and season. Serve atop your
favorite fish.
Yield :1 One half cups salsa
