Recipe - Citrus Cous Cous

8 ounce Dry cous cous
1 One half cup Water
1 teaspoon Fresh chopped dill
1 teaspoon Fresh chopped mint
One half teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon White pepper
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 cn Mandarin oranges
1) Place water, salt sugar, pepper olive oil, and in a sauce pan and bring
to a boil
2) Remove from heat and add cous cous cover and let stand for about 7
minutes
3) Fold in oranges, juice, and fresh herbs
4) Let stand for 23 minutes
