4 Chicken breast halves
1/3 cup Teriyaki sauce,lowsodium
3 tablespoon Teriyaki sauce,lowsodium
2 tablespoon Peanut oil
One half teaspoon Sesame seeds
One half teaspoon Ginger,ground
One half cup Walnuts,chopped
1 cup Rice,longgrain,cooked
1 Orange,peeled & sectioned
One half Lemon, cut or sliced up
1. Combine chicken and One half cup teriyaki sauce in bowl. Refrigerate for 12
hours. 2. Drain chicken; slice into thin strips. Stirfry chicken in oil in
large skillet over mediumhigh heat 5 minutes until cooked through. Add
sesame seeds, ginger, walnuts, 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce and rice;
stirfry to heat through. Add orange and lemon. Serve. (Pam Pearson,
