Recipe - Citrus Champagne Punch

6 Lemons
3 Oranges
3 Bottles sauternes; 375 ml
each
1 One half cup Creme de cassis; chilled
Three fourths cup Pineapple juice; chilled
2 cup Strawberries; halved
1 cup Blueberries; optional
1. Cut lemons and oranges crosswise in half. Squeeze juice into bowl or
large glass measuring cup and pout into 2024 cup punch bowl.
2. Add Champagne, Sauternes, cassis, and pineapple juice to punch bowl;
stir to combine.
3. Add strawberries and blueberries if desired to punch.
Notes: To serve, ladle One half cup punch into cups making sure that each
serving gets some berries.
