Recipe - Citrus-Pineapple Salsa

1 md Red grapefruit
peeld/chopped
1 md Red bell pepper; minced
1 small Orange; peeled/chopped
8 ounce Crushed pineapple; undrained
2 Green onions; thinly cut or sliced up
1 small Jalapeno; seeded and
chopped
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve with Southwest Chicken
Salad. Yields 4 servings.
