Recipe - Cinnamoned Rice

1 cup LongGrain Converted Rice
One fourth cup Raisins
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2 One half cup Water
1 tablespoon Margarine
One half tablespoon Sugar to taste
Dry Milk reconstituted
1. Heat water to boiling. Add rice mixture and lower heat. Cook until rice
is tender.
2. Add margine and milk. Serve.
This may be prepared ahead of time by combining all ingredients except the
margarine and milk and storing in a bag.
