Three fourths cup Water
2 One fourth cup White bread flour
1 tablespoon Dry milk
2 One half tablespoon Brown sugar
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Butter
1 One half teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 cup Pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon Yeast, fast rise **OR**
1 One fourth teaspoon Yeast, active dry
LARGE LOAF
1 1/8 cup Water
3 1/3 cup White bread flour
1 One half tablespoon Dry milk
3 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Butter
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup Pecans, chopped
1 One half teaspoon Yeast, fast rise **OR**
2 teaspoon Yeast, active dry

recipe can be baked with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles. Be
