Recipe - Cinnamon Pecan Filling

One half cup Packed brown sugar
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup Finely chopped pecans
2 tablespoon Butter; softened
DATE ORANGE FILLING
1 cup Whole dates; chopped
One half cup Orange juice
1 tablespoon Grated orange rind
1 tablespoon Sugar
For Cinnamon Pecan Filling: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon
and nuts; mix well. Spread rectangle with butter. Sprinkle with Filling.
For Date Orange Filling: In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Simmer about three minutes, until thickened; cool
completely. If Filling is too thick to spread, add orange juice to thin.
