Recipe - Cinnamon Liqueur

1 Egg; beaten in cup milk to
finish filling cup
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 One half cup Flour
2 One half teaspoon Baking powder
2 Apples; cut or sliced up
TOPPING
1 tablespoon Butter
1 One half tablespoon Flour
One half tablespoon Cinnamon
Mix together, pour into greased pan, top with topping. (Apples may be
omitted.)
Note: No time or temperature given. Assume moderate oven 350 400 F.
