Recipe - Cinnamon Honey Filling

2/3 cup WATER; HOT
2 One half pound SUGAR; GRANULATED 10 LB
5 ounce CINNAMON GROUND 1 LB CN

1. COMBINE CINNAMON AND GRANULATED SUGAR; BLEND HONEY WITH HOT
WATER. BRUSH EACH RECTANGULAR SHEET OF DOUGH WITH HONEY MIXTURE.
SPRINKLE CINNAMON SUGAR MIXTURE OVER DOUGH.
