1 cup Sugar
2 cup Flour
2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
One fourth cup Butter; melted
Cinnamon sugar
Recipe by: Mom D Preparation Time: 1:00 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift
the sugar, flour and baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with
the milk and salt. Combine the flour and e mixtures and place in an 8inch
round, 2inch deep, baking dish. Sprinkle w the cinnamon sugar and drizzle
the melted butter over the top. Bake for One half hour or unitl done.
