Recipe - Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients:
Cinnamon Cake recipe makes 1 Loaf
One half cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 Egg, separated
One half cup Milk
1 One half cup Flour, cake
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Cream butter and sugar well, then add the beaten egg yolks and beat well.
Add the milk. Sift the dry ingredients together and add to mixture. Fold in
the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into wellgreased layer cake pans and
bake at 375F for 20 minutes. When cool, ice with favorite frosting.
