Recipe - Cinnamon Applesauce

12 md Apples, peeled and cut or sliced up
One half cup Water (up to 3/4)
One half cup Sugar (up to 3/4)
One half cup Red hots
Place apples and water in a very large saucepan. Cook down over medium
heat until apples are somewhat mushy, more applesauce like and most of the
water has cooked off (about 2030 minutes). Stir occasionally and break big
chunks of apple up against side of pan. Add sugar and red hots; stir until
red hots dissolve.
Makes about 10 cups
