Recipe - Cinnamon Apple Bread

1 One fourth cup Apple juice; or apple cider
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
3 cup Flour
1 pack Active dry yeast
1 teaspoon Cinnamon; or more, to taste
This makes a 1.5 lb. loaf and works wonderfully in my Zojirushi. I used the
light crust setting.
This is the bestsmelling loaf I've ever made.
