Recipe - Cinnamon-Salt Mix

2 tablespoon Salt
One half teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1. Heat salt in a dry skillet over mediumlow heat. Stir or shake the pan
constantly until the salt begins to brown; then remove from heat.
2. Let cool slightly; then stir in cinnamon. Store in a tightly covered
jar.
VARIATIONS:
1. For the cinnamon, substitute One half teaspoon ground allspice.
2. Add with the cinnamon One half teaspoon sugar and a pinch of Fiye Spices.
