Recipe - Cinnamon-Raisin Scone Sticks

2 One half cup Reduced fat baking mix (such
as Bisquick reduced fat)
One half cup Raisins
One half cup Skim milk
One fourth cup Plain nonfat yogurt
One half teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Heat over to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine baking mix, raisins,
milk, yogurt, and cinnamon. Mix to form a soft dough. Turn dough out onto
surface dusted with baking mix and roll dough in baking mix to coat. Knead
dough 5 times. Roll into a 10 x 6 inch rectangle. Cut crosswise into 10
1inch strips. Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake
10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Makes 10.
