Recipe - Cinnamon-Lemon Yams

Ingredients:
Cinnamon-Lemon Yams recipe makes 14 Servings
2 16 oz. canned yams
One fourth cup Butter, melted
2 tablespoon Bottled lemon juice
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
One half cup Crumbled cornflakes
Heat oven to 350 F. Arrange yams in a 2 quart casserole. Combine butter,
lemon juice, cinnamon; pour over yams. Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes.
