Recipe - Cincinnati Chili

1 pound Beef coarsely ground
1 Medium chopped onion
1 tablespoon Salad oil
One half teaspoon Oregano
2 tablespoon To 3 T chili powder
1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Sugar 1 cn (8oz) tomato sauce 24 ounce Water 1 pound Kidney
beans
Saute the grd beef and onion in salad oil until lightly browned. Add
remaining ingredients and simmer 30 to 40 min. Its better to start with a
smaller amount of chili powder and salt, then add to taste.
