Recipe - Cilantro-Mint Relish

One fourth cup Minced red onion
1 tablespoon Minced ginger
2 Minced green chilis
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth cup Minced mint
1 bn (small) cilantro minced
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Water
2 Limes, juice of

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours. This is very good
served with grilled salmon.
