Recipe - Chuletas Espanolas

6 Pork chops
Salt and pepper
To taste
Red chile sauce
1 teaspoon Onion salt
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Oregano
2 cl Garlic, cut or sliced up
Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops in small amount of fat. Add
seasoning to red chile sauce. Simmer meat in sauce for 1 2 hours or
until very tender. Serve with rice. Makes 6 servings.
