Recipe - Chuckwagon Baked Beans

2 cn (1618 oz) pork & beans
1 Packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
One half pound Salt pork; cut in strips
One half cup Ketchup
One half cup Chopped green onions; with
some tops
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients & pour into a 2 to 3quart
casserole. Bake, uncovered, 2 to 2One half hours or until sauce is thick &
beans are dark & crusty on top. If time is short, you may decrease cooking
time to 1 hour, but the beans will not be as tasty. Makes 8 servings.
