Recipe - Chuck Steak With Deviled Sauce

2 One half pound Chuck Steak; 1 1/2" Thick
Olive Oil
One fourth cup Scallions; Finely Chopped
One half cup Soy Sauce
One fourth cup Catsup
1 tablespoon Prepared Mustard
1 teaspoon Pepper; Freshly Ground
Place the steak in a dish and puncture with a fork in several places, then
drizzle with the olive oil. In a small saucepan, combine 2 tablespoon olive oil,
the scallions, soy sauce, catsup, mustard, and pepper. Heat until well
blend and it is just starting to boil. Meanwhile, grill the steak, 2 to 3
inches above hot coals, until browned on both sides, About 30 minutes for
Mediumrare. Place the steak on a serving platter and carve across the
grain in 1/4inch slices. Serve 2 to 3 slices per person, with the sauce
on the side.
