Recipe - Christmas Peppermint Candy Cheesecake

4 lg Red bell peppers minced
2 Jalapeno peppers minced
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1 One fourth cup Cider vinegar
1 cup Light brown sugar packed
1 cup Granulated sugar
1 cup Golden raisins
One half cup Finely chopped crystallized
ginger

Place all ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Cook until thickened. Makes 4
cups. This is good with poultry or pork.
