Recipe - Christmas Party Pinwheels

16 ounce Cream cheese softened
1 pack Ranch salad dressing mix
One half cup Minced sweet red pepper
One half cup Minced celery
One fourth cup Sliced green onions
One fourth cup Sliced stuffed olives
3 Flour tortillas; (up to 4)

In a bowl,beat cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth.Add red
pepper,celery,onions,and olives.Mix Well.Spread about Three fourths cup on each
tortilla.Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap.Refrigerate for at least 2
hrs.Slice into 1/2" pieces.
