Recipe - Christmas Crunch Salad

4 cup Fresh broccoli florets
(about Three fourths pound)
4 cup Fresh cauliflowerets (about
Three fourths pound)
1 md Red onion; chopped
2 cup Cherry tomatoes; halved
DRESSING
1 cup Mayonnaise
One half cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Sugar (up to 2)
1 tablespoon White vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a large salad bowl combine vegetables. Whisk the dressing ingredients
until smooth; pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at
least 2 hours.
