Recipe - Christmas Cocktail

One half cup Sugar
2/3 cup Water
2/3 cup Unsweetened pineapple juice
2/3 cup Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Fresh or bottled lime juice
2 Unbeaten egg whites
4 cup Finely crushed ice
Maraschino cherries
Cook, sugar and water 5 minutes; chill. Shake all ingredients except
cherries in jar until light and frothy. Top with a cherry. Serve
immediately. Source: Quick & Easy. ch
