Chrain ( Horseraddish And Beet Sauce) recipe makes 1 Servings
2 Raw beets; minced
1 Beet cooked unpeeled; then
peeled and minced
One half cup Grated horseraddish
1 cup Vinegar
1 tablespoon Mustard
2 tablespoon Sugar
One half cup Bolied water
1 teaspoon Salt
Put everything in food processor. Taste. This one I really eyeball.
