Recipe - Chow Fun Noodles

2 tablespoon Oil
One half pound Fresh shrimp; shelled
One half pound Pork; cut or sliced up
2 12 oz. pkg Chow Fun noodles
cut into strips
One half Stalks celery; cut or sliced up
2 Carrots; cut or sliced up & slivered
1 cup Green onion; chopped
1 tablespoon Toasted sedame seeds
1 pack Bean sprouts
SEASONINGS
One fourth teaspoon Ajinomoto
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Shoyu
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
Stir fry shrimp and ork in hot oil for 2 minutes. Add seasonings and stir
fry an additional minute. Add noodles and vegetables and cook another 2
minutes. Do not overcook vegeatables. Arrange the noodles on platter if
desired, garnish with additional sesame and chinese parsley. Miriam Kala' i
