Recipe - Choukchouka Salad

Ingredients:
Choukchouka Salad recipe makes 20 Servings
2 md Bell peppers, chopped
4 md Tomatoes, chopped
One half bn Parsley, chopped
One half bn Coriander, chopped
One half cup Olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon White pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Tomato paste
Combine peppers, tomatoes, parsley and coriander and saute in olive oil.
Add remaining ingredients. Saute until tender and thick. Serve hot or cold.
