Recipe - Chop-Chop Szechuan

Ingredients:

1 pound Boneless pork
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 pack Chickenflavored rice mix
(4.5 to 6.9 oz.)
prepared according to
package directions
6 ounce Frozen snow peas
8 ounce Canned pineapple tidbits
drained
One fourth cup Slivered almonds; toasted
One fourth teaspoon Red pepper flakes
(or more, to taste)
2 tablespoon Soy sauce

Slice pork into 1/8inch strips. Heat oil in large skillet or wok over
mediumhigh heat until hot. Add pork and stir fry until lightly browned.
Stir in rice, snow peas, pineapple, almonds, pepper, and soy sauce. Cook
1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Microwave Oven Instructions: Omit vegetable oil. Place cut or sliced up pork in 2
to 3quart baking dish. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on HIGH 4 minutes,
stirring after 2 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink. Drain liquid
from dish. Add rice, snow peas, pineapple, almonds, pepper, and soy
sauce. Cook on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes, or until thoroughly heated, stirring
after 2 minutes.
