Recipe - Cholent Kugel

3 Onions; finely chopped
8 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoon Margarine
1 One half cup Selfrising flour
1 Egg
One half teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 Cooking bag
Saute onions in oil and margarine. In a large bowl, put flour, fried onion
(including oil), egg, salt and pepper. Mix and knead dough. It should be
fairly elastic. If necessary add a few teaspoonsful of water. Put mixture
into cooking bag and shape into a log. Punch a few holes into the bag and
add to the cholent. When serving cholent, remove kugel from bag and serve
separately, cut or sliced up .
