Recipe - Chocolate And Sour Cream Muffins

5 ounce Semisweet chocolate
2 Baking chocolate squares
1/3 cup Margarine
Three fourths cup Sour cream
2/3 cup Packed brown sugar
One fourth cup Corn syrup
1 Egg
2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 One half cup Allpurpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half cup Chocolate chips
1. Mix semisweet chocolate, baking chocolate, and margarine together; melt
carefully in microwave or over simmering water in double boiler. Allow to
cool to lukewarm. 2. Mix sour cream, sugar, corn syrup, egg and vanilla.
Blend with melted chocolates. 3. Blend flour, soda and salt; add the
chocolate mixture and blend very well. Add the chocolate chips. 4. Pour
batter into 12 paperlined or greased muffin tins. Bake in preheated
400degree oven for about 20 minutes. Remove from muffin tins and allow to
cool on wire racks.
Yield: about 12 muffins
