Christmas Eve holds special meanings to the people of Spain and is
celebrated in different manners in the varied regions. In the Pyrenees,
rural folk remember their dead, in urban centers is it a time of
giftgiving and elsewhere in Spain the Midnight Mass is celebrated outdoors
with the shepherds, just as it has been done since the Middle Ages.
Appease your family gathering as outoftown guests begin to arrive and
celebrate your Christmas Eve with a little Spanish Hot Chocolate from The
Cook & Kitchen Staff at RecipeaDay.com.
